Milton Keynes Property Maintenance was formed from another company which has over 40 years experience within the industry initially specialising in CAT A (floors, walls & ceilings). With the on going request for the complete solutions Milton Keynes Property Maintenance was formed offering the full building and maintenance solutions covering all sectors.
We are fully trained with CDM, hold all relevant cards, asbestos awareness, SMSTS, CSCS and first aid.

After numerous visits from previous plumbers I wasn't holding my breath that my leaking shower/pipes could be fixed but on arrival the representative from MILTON KEYNES PROPERTY MAINTENANCE was polite reviewed the issues verbally and physically and advised he would see no problems with resolving the on going issues with my overflowing shower tray which was also leaking into hallway., after completion which also included replastering the hall ceiling it was as though the problem hadn't existed!., very tidy worker no mess was very polite and professional throughout the day very very happy and have used them again would definitely recommend!

I moved into a new build
(Persimmon Homes Hansons Reach) and John from Milton Keynes Property Maintenance has fixed all snags that he has been faced with to an extremely high level. He has gone above and beyond to help out and also makes the finish to his work fantastic.
Not only is the work finished to a high level but John is also a very kind and courteous person when completing work in my property,
I work from home and he will always make sure he doesn’t intrude when I’m on meetings & will work around me.
Overall we have had many trades people visit our house since moving in and I would be happy to say John is the best of them all!

PERSIMMON HOMES,HANSONS REACH SITE
I am one of the site managers from Persimmon Homes on the Hansons Reach site in Stewartby near Bedford. I have been looking after the
customer care side of the job and John who runs Milton Keynes Property Maintenance has been our resident maintenance man on site for over a year now. He has helped me deal with many of the 7 day snags that the customers report after moving in. I have been very impressed with Johns knowledge of the job, he is very professional and a gentleman to work with. I am always safe in the knowledge that once I hand a job over to him that it will be completed to a very high standard.
Very impressed and well worth his 5 star rating.
